If you are uninsured or underinsured, TAPM offers a sliding fee scale to ensure access to affordable healthcare. Discounts are determined based on family size and income, following the most recent U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Eligibility for the sliding fee scale is based on household income and the number of family members. Patients who are unemployed or have no income must provide documentation verifying their financial status. If a patient is supported by someone else, a signed statement from the supporter confirming they provide food and shelter is required.
