TAPM Dental proudly accepts Medicaid and most major private insurance plans—especially for children. Our goal is to ensure that every child receives the dental care they need, regardless of financial barriers.
If you are uninsured or underinsured, TAPM offers a sliding fee scale to ensure access to affordable dental healthcare. Discounts are determined based on family size and income, following the most recent U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Eligibility for the sliding fee scale is based on household income and the number of family members. Patients who are unemployed or have no income must provide documentation verifying their financial status. If a patient is supported by someone else, a signed statement from the supporter confirming they provide food and shelter is required. To qualify, the total household income must fall within the U.S. Federal Poverty Guidelines.

With a background in quality improvement and public health initiatives, Dr. Bell has played a key role in developing TAPM’s first dental practice, providing services to children. Her passion for community dentistry drives her mission to improve oral health outcomes for families across our region.
