Comprehensive Behavioral Health Care Services

We provide a wide range of behavioral health services tailored to your needs, including:

We offer outpatient therapy services for individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Our licensed clinicians are equipped to address a variety of mental health concerns, ranging from crises to long-standing challenges. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Substance Abuse Therapy, we help patients navigate their unique journeys toward improved mental health.

Our care management team provides personalized support to help patients address their mental health needs and access critical resources. We assist with referrals for testing, psychiatric care, and ADHD assessments, as well as completing Medicaid and disability paperwork. Additionally, our care managers help coordinate appointments, connect patients to community resources, and address social determinants of health, such as food insecurity, housing, and school-related challenges.

At TAPM, we understand that mental health doesn’t just affect individuals—it impacts entire families. That’s why we offer family-focused support, including family counseling and resources to help strengthen relationships, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. Whether you're dealing with stress, behavioral concerns, or major life transitions, our licensed clinicians provide compassionate guidance tailored to your family’s unique needs. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where families can grow, heal, and thrive together.

Through our collaboration with HealthySteps, we provide tailored support for families with children aged 0-3. HealthySteps specialists work directly with parents to offer resources, parenting strategies, and tools to foster healthy development during the crucial early years of life.
