What services do you provide?

We are a “medical home” model of care for patients. This means we provide primary care, chronic care, sick and acute care, nutrition, behavioral health and other support services.

Where are you located?

We have medical practices located in Guilford County, North Carolina.

Do you accept those without health insurance?

Yes, we accept all patients regardless of their insurance status. We offer a sliding-fee scale discount for those without insurance that is based on family size and income. For more information, please contact one of our locations. We also partner with the Guilford Community Care Network for the uninsured orange card program and various specialty services.

What kind of medical staff do you have?

We employ medical doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified medical assistants, registered medical assistants, licensed clinical social workers, and dietitians.

Do I need to make an appointment?

We can offer same day appointments for urgent medical needs. Most of the time a scheduled appointment will need to be made.

How is the organization funded?

Triad Adult and Pediatric Medicine, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). We receive funds from Health Resources and Services Administration, (HRSA), patient services revenue, grants, and charitable gifts.

Do you accept volunteers?

Yes, volunteers are welcome at Triad Adult and Pediatric Medicine, Inc. Please call our Human Resource Department at 336-355-9718 for more information.

How can I make a charitable contribution?
